IPhone couch final

Here is the final couch! After the green couch cracked and warped, we printed the couch with PLA. This plastic cracked a lot less. I also printed the feet for the couch to sit on. I think the couch looks a lot better with a thicker back.

Here is the first test print of my iPhone couch. There were a few problems with the print itself, but overall it looks pretty good! I need to make a few adjustments to it. I will need to make the couch slightly wider, and the holes for the feet need to deeper.

Coffee Cup Construction.

Here is the final coffee cup. I am happy with how it turned out, but I it does not hold together as well as I wanted it to. I was hoping the cup would be stronger than the lid, but it is not.

Corporate Identity

I have grown to really enjoy this project. At first I had no idea what I was going to do, and literally no ideas. After i just sat down and thought of products I used the most it started to get easier. Obviously coffee, iphone cases, and shoes were my top ideas. I named my coffee shop Wired, my iphone cases idrop, and my shoe store fancy feet. I had the most fun with the coffee shop idea. I played with multiple ideas: electrical wires, computer wires etc.

Illustrator 3D practice

So FINALLY I have completed this assignment. After losing all of my work last class period TWICE, I considered not even finishing it. I think I may be able to 3D effects with my eyes closed! Anyway here they are.

 

 

I had fun figuring out how to play with the perspective on this last star. It is sometimes hard to see what is going on when using other shapes.
